Hi Jeanne, our trip was great. Logistically there were no issues. It is somewhat amazing that with 7 of us there was never any confusion where we were supposed to be, where our bags were etc. We had a really good time. We enjoyed all the side excursions ( train to Denali, Jeep tour, Homestead Husky tour, canoe out to the glaciers, whale and glacier watch and tundra wilderness tour). My personal favorite was canoeing out to the glacier. Over the course of the trip we saw grizzly bears, moose, caribou, mountain goats, sheep, orca, humpback whales, sea lions and otters. We are even part of the 30% club that saw Mt Denali. The lodge at Denali was fine. It was hot when we were there and there is no AC but it was fine. Service, food and rooms on the ship were all good.

I would highly recommend the trip to others.

Hey Jeanne,
We had a FANTASTIC time at Disney! We can't wait to go back! We did check out the new Art of Animation resort--SOOOOO NICE! Maybe next visit we will stay there. Alex is already making plans to go in a couple years when the new Star Wars land opens in Hollywood Studios. And mom requested that next time, we say for 2 weeks! LOL Thank you again for all your help with the planning and organizing, we will be sure to tell everyone how wonderful you are.

Hi Jeanne! Our trip was awesome! The ship was amazing, the balcony room was great, the service was outstanding. The crew on the ship went above and beyond, from the dining room staff, to the room steward, everyone. Entertainment was great too. Definitely plan on doing another royal Caribbean cruise again. Thanks again we'll come see you in the spring we plan on doing another cruise.

She spends her time and resources providing different options for us to consider, including info about upgrading hotels and hiring private drivers. Her experiences as a traveler and travel agent are invaluable.

Hi Kim. The RIU Palace Pacifico in Puerto Vallarta is incredible. The deluxe room is a corner room with ocean at the front and on the side. The balcony wraps around the entire room with an outdoor jacuzzi. Hotel is clean with great food and hospitality. Beach and pool areas are beautiful! Thank you for setting up the unforgeable vacation!!

"Jeanne--Following up with you in regards to our vacation at Sandos Luxury Resort in Cancun, Mexico. The trip was great and exactly what we needed to get away and beat the winter blues. The flight was great, the resort was clean, staff was friendly and the food was delicious. We opted to swim with the dolphins at Delphinus, and Jessica, the Apple representative who touched base with us upon arrival and helped us get setup for the excursion was absolutely wonderful. We would most definitely return to Sandos Luxury Resort as well as recommend to friends and family. Thanks again for helping to plan our getaway!"

"Jeanne--We are back and had a wonderful time. The ship is beautiful and had lots to keep us busy when we wanted to.
