Her journey began in 1999 when she attended travel school, setting the foundation for a career dedicated to creating unforgettable travel experiences. After graduating, she gained valuable expertise working for a tour operator in the Detroit area and later at a cruise-only agency. In May 2009, Kim joined JCV World Travel, where she continues to share her passion for helping clients explore the world.

Specializing in cruises, Kim has arranged countless voyages, including multiple world cruises for repeat travelers. She thrives on the excitement of planning these grand adventures, often working with clients a year or more in advance to ensure every detail is perfectly curated.
