Traveling has been a passion of Erin VandenHeuvel-Coon’s forever. “Years ago, a friend recommended that I consider becoming a travel agent due to my love of travel, my organizational skills, and my desire to help others,” says Erin.
Erin recognizes that travel teaches so many things. She loves researching an area and learning about the culture, the food, and the points of interest that make it unique. Erin also loves a great deal, so she always considers clients’ budgets, when assisting in their planning.
As a dedicated travel advisor at JCV World Travel, Erin’s mission is to go above and beyond to serve her clients with care, expertise, and personalized solutions. Here’s an example of how Erin created an advantage of working with her for a client recently: After Erin quoted several possible spring vacation options, her client settled on Sandals. After sending them a Sandals quote, she immediately received a text from that client stating that Erin’s quote was $2000 less than they could get it themselves. That’s a win!!
Erin feels that by traveling to new places, she is able to gain the knowledge to share with clients from first hand experiences. Erin states, “I listen to my clients wants and work tirelessly to find the perfect match. Having repeat clients demonstrates that I work hard to help them have a memorable time. Whether it’s 8-5, evenings, or weekends, I am available to make things happen!”
