“I absolutely love discovering new places around the world. The beauty of how much there is to explore never ceases to amaze me. One of my greatest joys is sharing these experiences with others. Cruising holds a special place in my heart because it’s such a wonderful way for families and people of all ages to travel together. There’s something magical about waking up to a new destination every day, all while having the comforts and adventure of a luxurious ship. I cruise several times a year, and I love talking about all the incredible moments I’ve had on board and the beautiful places you can visit,” says Ann Marie.

In Ann Marie’s words below, here’s an example of how she recently helped a traveler turn a potentially stressful situation into a joyful resolution:

“I had a client whose luggage didn’t arrive with their flight. It was a stressful situation, but I knew I couldn’t give up. I spent time finding local stores near their hotel so they could get the essentials needed for their trip, all while staying in constant contact with the airline to track down their luggage. It felt like a never-ending battle, but I was determined to make sure my client had everything they needed to enjoy their trip. In the end, the airline found the luggage, and it was sent home to my client. It was a challenge but knowing I could ease their worries and help them enjoy their vacation made it all worthwhile.” explained Ann Marie.
